Let's Order

A Smart Bite blind box is a curated box of surplus food from partner stores, prepared based on what is available on the day. The exact items vary, but each box follows a specific meal category.

We currently offer Breakfast Boxes, Lunch Boxes, Dinner Boxes, and Dessert Boxes. Each box is curated according to the time of day and food availability.

No. Smart Bite boxes are blind boxes, meaning the contents are a surprise. This allows us to efficiently rescue surplus food and keep prices accessible.

Yes. All food offered through Smart Bite comes from verified partners and is safe to consume, though it may be near its best-before date or unsold at the end of the day.

Pickup times depend on the selected box and partner location. Once your order is confirmed, pickup is usually available within a short time window.

Delivery availability depends on the partner store. You can choose between pickup or delivery during checkout if the option is available.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are confirmed by the store. Once accepted, changes may not be possible due to limited availability.

Smart Bite offers surplus food that would otherwise go unsold. Lower prices help reduce food waste while making meals more affordable.
